in General Marketing | Asked by Garrett White | 8 answers - I know the big Taboo of sales is to never admit your policy isn't worth it. But, I have on occasion seen the benefits of a provision in a competitors policy and been very honest about it to the customer. This has acctually resulted in them buying a policy from me because it proves my honesty.
Am I the only one that has done such a thing? If not what are your stories?

in Employees / Hiring | Asked by Viviano Traci | 7 answers - I am an Allstate agent in a medium size P&C agency. Recently our agency was given a quota on our financial sales which are based on our p&c production. With less than 2 month left in the year they want us to produce 30k in financial services. We've always had low life sales in our agency since we concentrate mostly on p&c and our clientèle is simply not interested in life insurance or investments. Our clients are having trouble paying their auto insurance bills, so it's hard for us to approach them about investments and life insurance.
Does any one have any suggestions for us on how to generate more life sales and increase our financial services production.
