When it comes to purchasing leadz, how honest are agents with the perspective client when it comes to quoting them. jeff

( 679 days ago ) It's in agent's best interest to be as honest as possible from the beginning of their relationship with the client. If they under estimate the quote, they will most likely loose the sale.


( 678 days ago ) If you misrepresent the quote, you probably won't close the deal. I always advise the customer that it is an estimate. Factors aren't always presented correctly in the quote request, negative and positive.


( 678 days ago ) I am honest always with them. If they dont want to give me a peice of info that could effect the rate i say "I will generalize this but it could come backa t a different price if the info isn't accurate"

I have acctually found out that a competeing agent that gets the same Renter's leads from insuranceleadz.com as I do has been running consumer reports for Auto insurance without getting permission from the customers first. In Utah, this is Illegal and one can have their insurance license acted upon for it.


( 650 days ago ) I have always been honest with all quotes, otherwise it's a waste of your time, but also the clients, and that just does not look good for the company you are representing, and for future reasons you don't want to keep a bad thought with any consumers.


( 461 days ago ) The vast majority of brokers are honest. Today's software calculates the rate so human error is drastically reduced.

Of course...like any industry, there are some bad apples.
